There must be some assumptions in that algorythm.
That is some serious bucket scraping for sure.
I am sure it is aimed at scaring more than anything else.. well I hope it is....
Or it was put together by a condom company. Fear mongering usually leads to consumption. Then again, you're right-some people need to be scared into safe sex. Cruddy little buggers.
The marketing angle was what I first thought as well.
